In the event of a payment failure, please check with your bank before attempting the payment again. If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. GST and Taxation

Shree Radhe Silver is GST registered. A GST invoice will be provided for every purchase made on our website. The applicable GST rate on silver jewellery is 3% as per the current Government of India regulations.

If you require a GST invoice for business purposes, please provide your GST number at the time of placing the order. GST invoices will be sent to your registered email address.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for the following reasons:

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We ship across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.

• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)
• Remote locations may require additional time

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — please refer to our website for the current threshold.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Shree Radhe Silver is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused at delivery, any re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Product Warranty

All silver jewellery from Shree Radhe Silver is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver. We stand behind the quality of our products.

• Our jewellery comes with a 6-month manufacturing warranty against defects in craftsmanship
• The warranty does not cover damage due to accidental impact, improper storage, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear
• Tarnishing of silver is a natural process and is not covered under warranty — please refer to our care instructions for guidance on maintaining your jewellery
