Shipping Policy

At Shree Radhe Silver, we take pride in delivering your exquisite silver jewellery safely and promptly across India. We partner with reliable premium courier services (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, and XpressBees via Shiprocket) to ensure your orders reach you securely.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Free shipping does not apply to COD orders. A COD convenience and shipping fee applies based on the order value:
    • Up to ₹4,000: ₹100 fee
    • ₹4,001 to ₹6,000: ₹150 fee
    • ₹6,001 to ₹10,000: ₹200 fee

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and a live tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages & Missing Items (Important)

While we pack all our jewellery in secure, tamper-proof packaging, transit damage can occasionally happen. We strictly require an uncut, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening to claim any damages, missing items, or wrong products. Please share the video with us at contact@shreeradhesilver.in within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise a dispute with our courier partners (Shiprocket) and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
